A bikini shot progression, starting in May 2009. I had already lost about 45 pounds at that point. I wish I had started taking these pics sooner! May ’09July ’09August ’09 Sept. ’09
That was definitely the period of most rapid change. It was when I finally got my diet ‘dialed in’ and everything fell into place. Don’t be misled though, there was a lot of trial and error leading up to these pics. I started this journey in the summer of ’08!
Your body is built the same way as mine, with big hips, thighs, and calves and a tiny top. I love the way when you lost weight your legs got smaller but then you bulked them back up, I’m starting to love muscular legs lately (probably because mine are so big so that’s all I can look forward to haha)
You’re a real inspiration!
I stubbled across your page on CC as I was looking for advice for the NROLFW book that I just purchased. I must say I am a bit overwhelmed. I'm thinking of trying my hand at a Triathlon this summer. You look great…Keep up the good work!
Did you do anything in particular to keep your skin so taut, or was it just good genetics? You look amazing!
I do have some loose skin on my thighs where I carried most of my weight. I actually wrote a post about it:

Same here, these photos motivate me! I always feel like I have such an odd shape, but I guess I’m not so odd.
Today, YOU inspire ME.

Aww shucks, thank you Casey! You're not so bad yourself!
Your transformation has been so incredible to see. You look so strong and healthy! Not to mention beautiful, too!
