All Bodies are Good Bodies!

Eat well and exercise because you love your body and deserve to be healthy! Don’t do it because you don’t like the way you look. Not liking the way you look is poor motivation. Being kind a patient with yourself will keep you going when things get discouraging.

  1. I love this! -and your site, actually. I’ve always said, you have to approach fitness and any other lifestyle change from a place of love if you hope to get good results from it. Too many people try to “punish” themselves into fitness or weight loss.

    • Yes! I tried to motivate myself to lose weight by saying mean things to myself, for YEARS. It never worked. Shocker! As soon as I decided I deserved better, the weight started coming off.
