I have been struggling with it myself, I was about at the point of considering surgery. I lost 99 lbs over a three year period and the skin under my butt drives me crazy. I see all these photos of people who have lost weight and got in shape and they look great, I really thought I was an odd case and I have been working my butt off, literally, to try and tighten it up. Now I know it is pretty normal and I am not alone!
