I want what lifting weights provides me: definition that -I- admire, a means to burn fat and keep up with my intake, an added boost of health! I want to maintain my current weight, I want to go out for a drink or an ice cream cone IF that is right for me, I do not want to avoid pasta or any food for that matter. Treats are just that, treats, and they taste better when you don’t have them very often. I want to listen to my body, if a food makes me feel sluggish, I want to experience that, take note and make adjustments. No big deal.
