I wasted a lot of time trying to find the perfect exercise and diet program and would put myself into a state of paralysis by analysis that caused me to slide backwards and lose the progress that I had made. I’m really glad that I’ve found people like yourself because it helps motivate me to stick to simple, sustainable diet and exercise methods when you have proof that they’re more effective, long term, than the more intense and strict methods that dominate our modern media, and that too often lead to burn out and binge eating which only further erodes your motivation and confidence.
