I wholeheartedly feel that even if we were on tropical islands, our connection addicted society would demand a digital connection! Ergonomics is now meaningless when people work from every conceivable position , on planes, in cars, and on airport floors. Love the suggestions.

A constant niggle. I’m about to buy a new keyboard with the central touchpad to see if it goes away, and a standing desk to change my postition more.

ErinTue, 30 Jul 2013 00:32:44 +0000https://gokaleo.com/?p=1544#comment-22217This can also cause headaches! Your shoulder and upper back muscles are connected to your neck muscles which connect to muscles on your scalp, all of which can also compress nerves in your head when they are tight. I sometimes get terrible headaches and it took me a while to make the connection that it was actually tight neck muscles causing it, because the pain was in my temples and side of the head and around my eyes. Chiropractic and massage help.
