But I think I’m on my way there. I’ve been using Joe’s Goals, and it’s helped tons. (http://www.joesgoals.com/) It seems like a good resource for tracking those good and bad habits. Right now I’m only up +0.5 points, but I’m above zero! I also recently changed my goals because I realized that they didn’t reflect my lifestyle, so I need to work up to more points.
