Your blog is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’m a 34 year old mom of three on my “get fit” journey.

How do I find out my appropriate calorie intake' I run 5 miles 3/4 days a week I have ran 4 half marathons in the last year and a half as well, so more when I’m training. walk or do other activities with kids often. I try to stay around 1500 calories a day and more on running days (eat my exercise calories). I eat clean, drink minimal. I have been the same weight for 6 months and am so frustrated!! Help!! 1 1/2 years ago I weighed 200 lbs. I am 5′ 8. I am large framed. I lost the first 20 by counting calories and running. But now for the last 6 months I have plateaued at 180. I had gotten down to 175 before I did a month long boot camp. I gained 5 lbs and have been 180 again!

I am tracking my calories for accuracy but not sure of the number to aim for the calculators on the internet say my BMR is 1650.

I am joining a trx gym to try something else to get me out of this rut. I’ll do this in addition to the running… But I’m not sure of the calories' Any tips Thanks in advance for your time!!!
