I’m definitely linking back to this in a future post. I can see myself being glued to this website for the rest of the day…

Between April of 2012 and April of 2013 I lost 60 pounds and went from 255 pounds to 195 pounds. I lost 5 pounds a month for a year and I have maintained that weight for the last 9 months. In that year I tried Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan, Clean-eating, and Vegetarian, but each new diet I tried I found that my brain and body were calling instead for moderation. I would eat generally healthy foods and I drank less alcohol. Though I was doing it right, losing weight slowly and moderately, I felt guilty for not sticking to my new diets for very long. Not until I found your page did I know that I wasn’t doing anything wrong! I am glad I lost weight right; but I wish that year I hadn’t felt so guilty for doing it that way! Thanks for your page.

Thu, 05 Dec 2013 18:13:26 +0000https://gokaleo.com/?page_id=1848#comment-37379… and I certainly don’t expect to see this one posted! Lol. You anti-paleo blog control freaks are all so afraid of being called out publicly on your lack of SCIENCE. Makes me laugh. You’ve got lots of groupies drinking your KoolAid, so that is good, I suppose. A lot of your basic messages are quite good. But there’s no need to make your bu bashing paleo and Wolf. Reeks of jelousy. Not attractive.
