Thanks for your non-dogmatic view on all things fitness, body, and real health. It is entirely refreshing. I have a question about your two downloads. I’m not entirely new to the weight-room or fitness in general (I used to be obese, now I’m not. I had a steady and slow progression of weight loss, like you) but I would like to incorporate more weight-lifting and less running into my schedule. However, I can only make it to the gym 1 or 2 days a week. The other days I am at home (and run) and can only work with a resistance band, body weight and 2 3kilo dumbbells. Now to the question: does Taming the Weight Room or the first 100 days include workouts that don’t necessitate a gym? Which book might you suggest? Thanks in advance!
You need a gym for Taming the Weight Room, but it can be done on a twice a week schedule. 100 Days is more adaptable to at-home workouts. Hope that helps!

Hey Amber, I bought Taking Up Space through Amazon (because I love my Kindle), but the formatting leaves a bit to be desired (it’s hard to read), plus unfortunately the embedded links (to the calorie calculator and such) don’t work. Is there any way I can just get the PDF? I’m pretty sure the problem is simply a PDF > Kindle format conversion issue, otherwise there would be more complaints.
