Hi, i purchased the first 100 day program. I now realize it is too beginner for me and wish I had purchased the online coaching or basic lifting routine. I’m thinking there is not much u can do since it was my own mistake but thought I would ask:)
Hi Buffy, sorry, I’m just seeing this now. Email me and I’ll set you up. '?
Hi Amber, I couldn’t find the menu plan I download once from you website. Im looking at your new format and don’t see the Menu plans? Help, I love those menue plans
My payment finally cleared in paypal for the basic lifting plan but I can’t get back to the download link!! '?
Hi. I purchased the Taking up space PDF a few days ago and I cannot seem to locate the email with the link. Help…
I love your website! I tried buying the First 100 Days program but goofed and lost the link…can you please resend? I have the paypal trans ID if you need it
Hi Michelle, can you email me the transaction ID? We’ll get you all set up.
Thanks for your non-dogmatic view on all things fitness, body, and real health. It is entirely refreshing. I have a question about your two downloads. I’m not entirely new to the weight-room or fitness in general (I used to be obese, now I’m not. I had a steady and slow progression of weight loss, like you) but I would like to incorporate more weight-lifting and less running into my schedule. However, I can only make it to the gym 1 or 2 days a week. The other days I am at home (and run) and can only work with a resistance band, body weight and 2 3kilo dumbbells. Now to the question: does Taming the Weight Room or the first 100 days include workouts that don’t necessitate a gym? Which book might you suggest? Thanks in advance!
You need a gym for Taming the Weight Room, but it can be done on a twice a week schedule. 100 Days is more adaptable to at-home workouts. Hope that helps!
it does help, thanks so much!
Hey Amber, I bought Taking Up Space through Amazon (because I love my Kindle), but the formatting leaves a bit to be desired (it’s hard to read), plus unfortunately the embedded links (to the calorie calculator and such) don’t work. Is there any way I can just get the PDF? I’m pretty sure the problem is simply a PDF > Kindle format conversion issue, otherwise there would be more complaints.
Thanks! You’re awesome.
Ugh, sorry about that. I’m about done with amazon. I’m happy to send you a pdf, email me at [email protected] and we’ll get you all set up. '?
I purchased your ebook taking up space earlier today and have yet to receive and email or anything with the link to download the PDF. Can you tell me where I can find it?
Kelly, I sent you a new link, let me know if you didn’t get it! Sorry about that!
Still nothing. I also checked my spam folder.
Well, that’s annoying. I’ll send another way. Stay tuned!
I ordered your book this morning thru Paypal but haven’t received the email with the PDF. Should I have received it by now?
It may have ended up in your spam folder, Cheryl. But I can send you another download link. It was Taking Up Space, right?
I purchased Taking Up Space and have not received a link. I sent you an email a few days ago to follow up but still nothing '? Can you please let me know what i need to do to download the book?
Sorry about that Michelle, I’m sending a new link right now.
