9/30 Log

Hello! It’s been quite a week. As you see, we’re here in our new virtual home, and I’m slowly, slowly moving things over and getting the new place unpacked and set up. Bear with me! Everything is still up over at Couch To 70.3, and I’ll keep it up for a while in case you’re feeling nostalgic or just want to see me in my bikini.

My MyPlate experiment is going well. I upped my calories because I’m not really interested in losing weight, and the difference between 2600 and 3000 calories is a bed time snack. I hate going to bed hungry. Hate it with the heat of a thousand suns. So I’m not losing weight any more, and I expect I’ll probably finish out the four weeks either at the weight I started or a few pounds under. We will see!

L: salad: greens, olives, roasted chiogga beets, salmon, dijon vinaigrette

D: white rice, sprouted tofu
